What a seat opens

FAQ
- Is there a free trial for churches?
- Church seats don't come with a trial. Instead, every church seat purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't right for your church within 30 days of buying, email support@12stones.app and we'll refund your seats in full, no questions asked.
- The code says it has reached its limit.
- Your church bought a set number of seats and they have all been taken. Add seats from the link in your receipt email, or reply to it and we will help.
- Our church stopped paying. Do our people lose access?
- No new seats can be taken, but everyone already seated keeps their full year.
- Can we print the sessions to hand out?
- No. Sessions are read in the app. The seeker modules are free for anyone, and a seat opens the rest.
- Why does the price depend on our country?
- Churches in different countries carry very different costs. We price seats in three bands so a church in Lagos or Manila can seat its people as easily as one in London or Toronto. Choose the country where your church meets. The card you pay with must be from that country. If the card's country does not match, checkout will stop and ask you to choose again or use another card.
Seats are sold by What's Next Horizon Inc. on 12stones.app, not through the App Store. Individual memberships are bought in the app.
